He came the same day and explained what I needed and explained fully what they would provide and offered a reasonable rate. After agreeing he scheduled the installation within a few days. The crew came exactly on time, covered the floor and walls and completed the installation of both the water heater and boiler within 6 hours. We had to replace the boiler but what kind of boiler would be better and much more economical for us. But it didn't stop there. He knew that we are first time home buyers and asked if he could walk around the house and see what other work had to be done. After walking around on his own time for about a hour he gave us a list that was itemized from what had to be done immediately to what could wait. But it gets better! He said that his company could do most of the work off the list and at a reasonable rate. Well of course my wife and I were apprehensive. I guess he could sense that. So he told us to shop around and if we found someone that we wanted to hire to do the work he would respect that. All he asked of

Us was that we keep him informed so he could make sure we were getting the work done properly. Which blew our minds. Here's a guy who could have tried to up-sell us knowing we had no clue what we were in store for, yet offered to help us to make sure we didn't get taken advantage of. Suffice to say we hired him to put in our new boiler. But decided to go on the cheap for some of the contracting and electrical work. What a mistake! After spending and wasting thousands of dollars

We spoke with mike who graciously came to our home and assured us that he could repair the damage of the shoddy job the contractors and electricians did and it wouldn't cost us a arm and a leg. JMB services should seriously teach other companies in the project solution projects business how to run their businesses. Quality work and integrity come to mind when I think of mike and his company. Don't waste your time or money like we did and just call JMB services."
